What is the benefit of sealing my pavers?

Pavers should be sealed to enrich the colors, protect the color from fading, stabilize sand joints, and make the pavers stain, mold and mildew resistant.

All of our products are water based and environmentally safe.

Do I need to seal my pavers’ right after installation?

Normally the wait time is 60-90 days. Reason being- the efflorescence needs time to work its way to the surface of the paver. Once this happens it can be cleaned off. The more the pavers get wet the quicker this process happens.

How long does the sealing process take?

In most cases job are done in 1 day but can take up to 3 days depending on the condition of your project.

How long does the sealer last?

Depending on environmental conditions and normal usage, a sealer should last 2 to 3 years. Higher pedestrian or vehicular traffic may need to be re-sealed sooner.

How long after sealing can I go on my pavers?

Vehicle traffic 48 hours. Foot traffic 4 hours.
